1. Look for the custom content that you wish to have.
2. Download the CC from the website you have chosen.

---Don't forget where you saved it!
3. Go to your "EA games" folder on "My Documents" open the "Sims 2" folder.
4. There you will find a "Downloads" folder. If there isn't any, then create one yourself.
---If you already have this, it'll be much easier to direct your next downloads on this folder.
5. Put all your downloaded custom contents on that folder.
6. Extract the zip files that you have downloaded.
---If the CC that you got is already in package file, then this will no longer need extracting. UNLESS, it's a package file that needs to be installed. To install it, just double click. There should be a prompt that'll say install. It's self explanatory from there.
**You're done. This should work perfectly in your game.**
RECORDING VIDEOS ON YOUR SIMS 2 GAME
1. Before you record, make sure your options for graphics and such are all in high quality. To do this, click the three dots on the menu while your game is running. Change all settings that you need to get a good quality film. This may slow down your game, but it will make the videos clearer and better to watch.
2. There are two ways to record a video. The first is to simply click the video image on the menu while you are playing the scene, and click again to stop. The other is to use the "tab" key.
3. By using the tab key you are able to navigate the scenes better.
4. After clicking "tab" here are the codes to navigate:
"Z" is to zoom in.
"X" is to zoom out.
"E" is to elevate.
"Q" is to drop down to the ground.
"Y" is to give you a nice angled view from the ceiling.
5. To take a picture press "C".
6. To take a video press "V". Press it again to stop filming.
How to make the camera move flawlessly.
To put it simply, great camera movements can only be achieved through camera hacks. You can download this on modthesims2.com and follow the directions written there on how to use it in your game. The next is upto your imagination.
The questions/details you put below will be directly sent to my email. It won't be shown here unless I put it. So don't be shy, just ask.
